Justyn Nixon is an amazing, impressive & outstanding realtor. I thought my house in Garden City would be a challenge to sell. Garden City is not exactly an up & coming neighborhood. Justyn not only sold my house in 2 days, got 10 offers in those 2 days, plus he got me over $26,000 above asking price. Justyn was there every step of the way, and he explained every process. Justyn was always super prepared, knowledgeable, helpful and always available regardless of time of day. When I needed repair work after the city inspection, Justyn had his crew there the next day to do the repairs and for a price way less than other contractors would have charged me. I cannot say enough about how great of a job Justyn did, he is truely magnificent. Do yourself a favor, if you want your home sold there is only 1 person to call and that's Justyn Nixon.
